From the brand new player to a seasoned player.  We teach proper mechanics and footwork to make you a better shooter. Footwork, catching and shooting, shooting off the dribble,  Free Throws, triple threat positioning

We will change your mentality and teach you how to be a shut down defender.  The student will learn how to play against a "Big" down low, how to guard on the perimeter and how to guard the other teams point  guard.  

How to see the floor better, ball handling, make better passes and attack the rim.

Hand eye coordination for catching passes, power moves, a power dribble, shooting with a touch, ball fakes, footwork, Pivoting, Triple Threat, and getting to the rim.  All 3 levels will be will be offered.
